GURUDWARA SHRI PATSHAHI PAHLI ATE DASVIN is situated in the Sarai Nagaan Village in Mukatsar Distt. When GURU NANAK DEV JI came here took Rabab from Pheru Mal ji(Father of SHRI GURU ANGAD DEV JI) and gave it to Bhai Mardana Ji. GURU NANAK DEV JI stayed here for 6 days. On those days there was a Sufi Sant staying here. People used to call him Naga. GURU SAHIB also treated a person named Karmu from Disease of Kohar. Later GURU GOBIND SINGH JI came here after Battle of Mukatsar. GURU SAHIB stayed here for a night and met Naga Sadhu. In history the age of Sadhu is mentioned of about 1700 yrs. GURU GOBIND SINGH JI had discussion with sadhu and told him that its not right to increase your age with help of Sidhi. Sadhu asked GURU SAHIB that no one will remember him after his death, So GURU SAHIB blessed him that this village will be famous on his name, hence the name of Village was named Sarai Nagaan from Mate Di Saraan.
