GURDWARA SRI HAVELI SAHIB is situated in the village Ghudaani Kalan, Distt Ludhiana. When SRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI came to Village Ghudaani Kalan, He first stoped at a place where GURDWARA SRI DAMDAMA SAHIB is situated. At that time a Sadhu was living there. He served GURU SAHIB with water. He had discussions with GURU SAHIB. GURU SAHIB also set him free from the cycle of life and death. GURU SAHIB also blessed him that his Singhs will first pay homage at your smadh situated inside the Gurudwara Premises and then will come to Gurdwara Sahib. GURU SAHIB stayed at Baba Sutya Ji's house for 45 days. GURU SAHIB got pleased from his services and while going from here GURU SAHIB gave Bhai Surtya Ji a Chola Sahib (52 Kalian Wala) Pothi Sahib, I Jora Sahib, Ban. GURU SAHIB also gave him a Bharola Sahib. GURU SAHIB himself put some wheat Grains in it and blessed that there will be no shortage of food in their house. And Langar should go on. But also stopped them not to see inside the Bharola Sahib. Five generations of Bhai Surtya Ji followed GURU SAHIB's order for almost 180 years. But daughter in law from fifth generation unknowingly took off the Bharola Sahibs cover. And after that there were no wheat grains in it.
