GURDWARA SRI SAWARDA SAHIB is situated in Village Sawarda, Teh Dudu, Distt Jaipur, Rajasthan. First of all Baba Sri Chand Ji Son of SRI GURU NANAK DEV JI worshiped here for five years. And then he went towards Agra from here. When SRI GURU TEGBAHADUR SAHIB JI was beheaded in Delhi, Bhai Lakhi Shah Banjara ji cremated GURU SAHIB's body by setting his house at fire in his village. He left delhi and came here with Sangat, prepared Karah Parshad and performed ardas. SRI GURU NANAK DEV JI appeared and asked Bhai Lakhi Shah Ji. He told GURU SAHIB that dont want to live in delhi now. He want to live here. GURU SAHIB asked them to settle down here. And keep serving Baba Sri Chand Ji's place. Bhai Lakhi Shah Ji keep serving this place and later SRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI came to this side and met Baba Kandas Ji. GURU SAHIB also sat at Baba Sri Chand Ji's place. GURU SAHIB wrote SRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI with peacock feather. From here GURU SAHIB went towards Naraina (Gurudwara Sri Charan Kamal Sahib, Naraina)
