GURDWARA SRI GARHI SAHIB is situated in the Village Garhi Nazeer, Teh Guhla, Distt Kaithal. This place is near to Samana, Distt Panjab. When SRI GURU TEG BAHADUR SAHIB JI started his journey towards Delhi, From Bahadurgarh GURU SAHIB came to Moti Baag Sahib and further Samana, Muhamad Khan met some soldiers who were looking for GURU SAHIB. Muhamad Khan requested GURU SAHIB to visit Garhi Nazir. Accepting his request GURU SAHIB came here to here and stayed here for some time. Nazir Khan's son Bhikhan Shah laid foundation of this village. Muhamad Khan was also from same family. So this village was named as Garhi Nazir. GURU SAHIB gave blessing to Muhamad Khan and left for further Karhali Sahib. This Gurudwara Sahib is under management of SGPC Amritsar.
